Inquiry is a refereed journal that encourages writing from community college personnel. The journal is published once a year by the Virginia Community College System and the Virginia Community Colleges Association.

Papers should be prepared according to The MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers, 6th edition, or the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 5th edition.

Manuscripts should not exceed 25 typed and double-spaced, 8 ½ x 11 inch pages.

Include the following if submitting by mail: the manuscript, a two- to six-line biography, and a 3.5 inch diskette containing a copy of the manuscript in Microsoft Word.
