Hotel Reservations
The deadline for room reservations is September 1, 2010. Reservations
must be made online at
Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel & Waterfront Conference Center. The
Renaissance will honor the current state government room rate of $95 +
13% Taxes.
• Rates published are for single occupancy. Double occupancy rate is
$105 + taxes
• If you wish to cancel your hotel room, please do so 24 hours before
arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
• Self Parking is $5 per day special rate/Valet Parking $18 per day
Convention Registrations

forms and payment of registration fees are due
by September 1, 2010. See your
VCCA College Contact and fill out a
VCCA membership form if you are not a member or have not renewed
your membership. A copy of the conference program including a listing of
concurrent sessions, special activities and speakers will be distributed
to college contacts and posted on the VCCA Web site at a later date.
Register early to avoid the last minute blues!
The registration fee for VCCA members remains unchanged at $195, and for
non-members is $215. The registration fee includes registration packet,
speakers, concurrent sessions, refreshment breaks, meals and the
wellness activity.
If your college does not coordinate registration through your VCCA
college contact, send your form directly to the VCCA Treasurer Karen
Roberson (address on the form). The completed
registration form and payment must be received, by Wednesday,
September 1, 2010. There will be no late convention registrations
accepted on the day of the convention.

participate as vendors, sponsor refreshment breaks and events, and
provide door prizes.
Vendor and sponsor registration forms are due by Friday, August 24th.
