The meeting was called to order at the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, Virginia, by Melba Taylor, president.

A review of the program was completed and changes submitted to Sue Captain.

The VCCA Executive Committee will hold a pre-conference meeting on September 30 at 4 p.m.

A display board will be used at the Convention to display information covering the past 16 years of the Association. "Sweet Sixteen Never Been Missed" will be the theme and programs from all 16 years will be on display. Chris Smith will handle this.

Melba Taylor thanked the entire Executive Committee for their hard work over the past year.

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn. Motion carried.

The next meeting of the VCCA Executive Committee will be held on September 30 (preconvention meeting).
